The Research and Innovation Centre Pro-Akademia is a Polish public benefit organisation of scientific character active in the field of economics, social sciences and engineering. Pro-Akademia promotes regional development and contributes to Regional Innovation Strategies. Its main field of expertise is renewable energy.
PRO-AKADEMIA AND RESOURCE EFFICIENCY
In pursuit of regional development, Pro-Akademia coordinates the cluster ‘Bio-energy for the Region’. The cluster coordinates the processes of knowledge transfer between science and industry and thereby contributes to the growth of innovative companies. Pro-Akademia realizes projects focused on resource efficiency aspects, such as: bio-energy in the agriculture and food industry, energy efficiency in buildings, RES management, cluster dialogue, energy concepts, economic change management.
